Day 1

  • Tbilisi
     10:00 – Old Tbilisi tour. The city offers a great variety of sights, most of them very ancient. All the places of interest in the Old Town
    are very close to each other, within a few minutes’ walk. Tour starts to Old Tbilisi from Metekhi Church (13th century), and
    then walk to the Synagogue, Sioni Cathedral (6th -7th centuries) and Anchiskhati Church (6th century). Visiting the statue of
    Mother of Georgia by cable car and enjoying the views of the Old Town. And walk down to Narikala Fortress (4th century) and
    Sulphur Baths.


Day 2

  • 10:00 – Pick up from the hotel. Drive to the direction of Bodbe.Visiting Bodbe Monastery. St. Nino Nunnery. Bodbe monastery occupies a distinguished place in the spiritual life. The reason, of course, is that there is grave The Illuminator, the right to the Holy Apostles Nino.
     Sighnaghi. Sighnaghi is a town in Georgia's easternmost region of Kakheti and the administrative center of the Sighnaghi Municipality. Sighnaghi's economy is dominated by the production of wine, traditional carpets and Georgian traditional food Mtsvadi. The town and its environs are also known for their landscapes and historical monuments. Sighnaghi has recently undergone a fundamental reconstruction program and has become an important center of Georgia's tourist industry.
     Visiting Sighnaghi Museum – which was founded in 1947. The first exhibition opened on December 31st, 1950, comprising seven hundred artifacts. The Painting Gallery was founded at the museum in 1967, furnished with donations from well-known and beginner artists. Today, the ethnographic collection features five thousand artifacts, including textiles, copper and wooden domestic items, agricultural instruments, materials corresponding to viniculture, goldsmith works, different types of working instruments, and musical instruments etc.


Day 3

  • At 10:00, i will pick you up at your hotel in Tbilisi. The route will take over the Georgian Military Highway up North towards the border with Russia. Your first stop will be at Ananuri complex a former residence of Argveti Dukes. Complex featuring churches and towers dating back to the XVI-XVII cc. is beautifully overlooking Jinvali reservoir. Continue our drive to see the conjunction of two small mountain rivers famous for the fact that being different in color they still keep their own colors even after merge. We will then drive over the Cross pass and make a short stop at Soviet time “People’s Friendship” mountain view point overlooking a deep gorge of Caucasus mountain range. In Kazbegi , we will change our vehicle to a four-wheel drive car to reach Gergeti Holy Trinity Church located on altitude of 2170 m, and enjoy breathtaking views of Mt Kazbegi. Drive back to Tbilisi. Drop-off at your hotel.

    Day 4 
  • 10:00 - Pick up from the hotel. Drive to the direction Mtsketa. Visiting Jvari monastery. It is a sixth century Georgian Orthodox monastery near Mtskheta, stands on the rocky mountaintop at the confluence of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers, overlooking the town of Mtskheta, which was formerly the capital of the Kingdom of Iberia. Along with other historic structures of Mtskheta, it is listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO.  The Svetitskhoveli Cathedral is an Eastern Orthodox cathedral located in the historic town of Mtskheta. A masterpiece of the Early Middle Ages, Svetitskhoveli is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. You will have an opportunity to buy Georgian handmade Souvenirs. 
